Academy School of Fashion MFA Students Win Raves at NY Fashion Week

79 New Montgomery Store Aids Haiti Relief
Saturday, February 13th, 2010FASHION FOR HAITI is the American fashion industry’s response to the Jan. 12 earthquake, and the Academy’s 79 Montgomery Retail Store in San Francisco is joining retailers and designers nationwide to offer the FASHION FOR HAITI T-shirt, benefiting the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. The Academy is the only educational institution participating in the effort.

Design Revolution Roadshow Launches with an Academy Party

On Feb. 4, Emily Pilloton’s Design Revolution Roadshow was celebrated in the lot of the Academy of Art University building at 601 Brannan St. in San Francisco. Along with the fun, guests were exposed to a powerful message of humanitarian-centered design.
