Academy Grad Is Behind Super Bowl XLVI’s Most-talked-about Ad

The Super Bowl ad that’s generating the most buzz this year, for Honda’s CR-V, stars Matthew Broderick and reportedly contains at least two dozen references to his film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The man behind the ad is Jason Sperling, 1998 Academy of Art University graduate and group creative director and senior VP of agency RPA.
